Hello. A question for corrola 2014.
I am buying brake rotors. Thinking about frodo ddf1789. It is only 22 mm and wears when 19.5 mm. It is thinner then other rotors, which are 25 or 26 mm and wears when 23 mm. I understand then heat removal is better on thicker plates. However ferodo is a good company. Which one is better, this rotor or a thicker one from a less quality company?

Hi,

you can’t have two thickness discs for the same spec car. You are likely watching two different specs brake systems discs and one of which will not fit your car. No matter what brand you are after if they are correct ones for your car they will be exactly same thickness. Best to double check what you are buying. Here you can get oem numbers and start looking again. https://japancars.ru/index.php?route=catalog/toyota
Good luck
