One touch close window

Hello everyone,
I wonder if you could help me, what is the way to reprogram the closing and opening of the windows with a simple touch? I noticed that only the passenger window is working 100% and for the driver's, we have to keep pressing the button.
(sorry if this topic has already been discussed here but I can't find it when searching)

Press the up button for 10-15 sec's with the window up, wind the window down all the way, hold the down for 10-15 seconds

Thanks for asking that question  @Gomoca . I occasionally encounter that same problem, although it usually works fine the next time I drive the car, (and mine is a new car!). And thanks to Bob @flash22 for providing the solution. 👍
