One mirror does not fold when I lock the car

My toyota chr 2019 does not fold one mirror when I lock the car, only the other one folds. Has anyone had this problem?

Close and open them manually with the button (making sure the left and right switch is in the mid position) - close them with the button - get out the car and lock it wait 30-60 sec's and unlock the car
