Day time running lights

Hi, I have a 2012 avensis and on one side the drl bulb and LED strip is not working, the bulb for the drl isn't blown, can anyone help ? Or know which fuse to check ? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried with a new bulb? The bulb is T20 (7443) with two filaments.

The led strip across the top is gone as well, both went at the same time

The led strip won´t work if the parking light is broken (=5W filament in the drl bulb).
