Toyota Charging Network Sign up problem

Can anyone help with Myt App.

Smart charging - Status Pending (has been for over a week), although i do have a fuel card now

Login to multimedia - everytime i go into this it wants me to scan the qr code to link the account, this works fine but it asks me to do it every time.

Send to car - this option does show, i was under the impression I could plan a journey & send it to the cars navigation system

You can use the card. Smart link might be activated later. You won't be able to activate charging station by your phone but card. If it takes more than 10 days, you can contact customer service.

You can / should be able to ... but it simply adds a destination to your Favourites. The route is then calculated based on where you start and the conditions at the time (which might not be quite what you are/were expecting).
