JDM Corolla cv axle same as USDM?

I'm hoping someone can help me out here, I have a 1990 JDM corolla FXZS with the 5HFE. I'm needing a new left side cv axle, I've checked with megazip and Amayama both of them are telling me the part is discontinued. Does anyone know if this part has been replaced with another or if it's the same as the USDM?

Those might be different and best to use this website https://japancars.ru/index.php?route=catalog/toyota

to locate both models and compare the part numbers and specs. If the same then you are ok to exchange.

oem comes up with, 43420-12083, sub numbers 43420-12090 or 43420-12091 I will need to double-check that on the full EPC

it looks like the inner and outer are available, but not the complete shaft

This is great Info, thanks! Are the inners and outer OEM? I did see the cardone ones available on rockauto with the matching part numbers, but I have seen alot of bad reviews on the brand.

That is a complete shaft, sadly the aftermarket is full of Chinese carp like Cardone, BWD and a lot of Dorman, the forum is uk based so not up to speed on the US supply chain
