Toyota iq shift light

Hi there just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to use by re wiring the shift light so it comes on at the red line instead of how it is now...

It's in the ecu programming, it's simple enough to add an aftermarket shift light, you could even fit a light/led in/on to the rev counter
