Ummmm .. WOW... £35 ??? It's never cost me more than AU$40 to fill my car! Petrol in Melbourne, Australia is around $1 a liter, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.

rob means 35quid if you fill it up from empty, when Ive got 1 gallon left its 25-30 quid for me, so if you run it down to a few ml, then it would cost approx 35quid

PS petrol cost more than gold here, most of it is TAX

Yup .. I was out in Perth reicently .. and filled the hire car full of petrol for a week and a half of driving .. cost me £12 .. I spend that a DAY in the UK.

Shells finest is currently 87.9p a litre .. thats $2.24 a litre .. and I get 20mpg ..

Mine takes about £35 worth when empty...mine lasts for two weeks aswell. I filled mine up with BP Ultimate on Sunday, done 24 miles each day Monday-Friday and she went onto the second from top petrol gauge mark yesterday - not bad eh!!
