Aygo X - How to remove the front panel

Hi all,

I bought the Aygo X version without the radio option since I rather buy my own.

I have a hard time though removing the panel thing shown below (see attached picture, the thing inside the red box).

Has anyone succeeded in removing this panel?

Be aware you may not have any Speakers installed, and the wiring may be incomplete - im not aware of any fascia being available for the Aygo X to fit a double din radio as the car is still new to the market

the outer bezel will pop off with a trim tool, you can then access the bolts/brackets that hold the radio

There are 2 Speakers in the Car and there is an antenna on the roof. 

This may be due to the eCall system - not sure.

I will try peeling off the decorative panel fist.
