Yaris Cross Space Saver Wheel Kit - Securing the Jack - Help Please!

Hi Guys, can you help. Had to wait for these parts to be delivered for the spare wheel kit jack, but now we cannot find where to attach the hook to around the jack.. please can anyone help? - the other white bit on the right doesnt seem to have anything to attach to? 

any help apprciated! thank you!

Hi

mine was fitted by the dealer, you will

find a cubby hole on the right hand side, it Velcro’s apart.

Got this problem with mine, the band doesn't seem to be long enough 🤔. I placed the plastic holder first then the polystyrene part and then the jack. Am I doing something wrong, as I can't see anywhere to hook the clip onto 🤔

I believe the answer might be in this thread.  

The band is not easy to put in place.

The first photo posted by @Ralph H above shows how it works.  The actual clipping in bit is the smallest tag of the clip in your picture.  It hooks onto the solid plastic stowage.  When the jack is stowed the wider clip sticks out toward you but all is held securely by that tiny tag.  Removal is a quick flick of the larger tag toward the jack.  Let us know how you get on.
