Corolla maps update

I have a 2020 corolla and remember reading somewhere that free map updates are available for 3 years. Is this correct?

Manual. You need to log into your account on line and download the data on a freshly formatted USB stick.  It is some months since I did this and I can't remember the process. It can be a fiddle.

Help. Corolla 2.0 hybrid est. 2020 map update. Go to this thread as it might help you. 2022 v2 is the latest map update.

I received an OTA update for the sat nav and media system last week (Jan 4th iirc), which just downloaded and installed when I connected to my wifi hotspot.

That only became available on MY22 models and previous models was a bit more fiddly
