The paint is peeling on my grandson's 2014 white car. He got this car from his father so this is why I am writing. It is on the roof and on the bumpers. I would like to know why this is happening

Toyota USA did have a programme to assist owners of certain models with super white and blizzard white paintwork which were affected by peeling of paint.

As you're in USA, contact your dealer or Toyota USA to determine whether the car is covered under the programme.
