CarPlay Upgrade ???

I have a 2017 ProAce Comfort with factory fit touch screen head unit, is there a way of upgrading to get Car Paly? I have been told there was someone online sending out dongles to allow upgrade??

The radio is a PSA part, iirc it's the Connect/NAC system iirc the later ones are known as a smeg system and are around £450-500 for the upgrade

The SMEG are the earlier units.

RCC & NAC are the later units.

We need to know what unit is currently fitted to the vehicle in question.

all 3 systems can use the same display, iirc NAC is the latest system, if the OP looks in the setting under system information they will find the version/type

tbh i dont get involved with the newer French stuff. i had my fill of 90's-2000's dross

Edit. a quick look around, it has the RCC A1

it depends on the unit in the car, but it looks like it's only a software update to add the AA and AC
