Finally got my Yaris and earlier than predicted - nanoeX

After a few weeks driving and getting used to the plethora  of features I noticed nanoeX on the heater controls. According to the manual it is a biocidal filter made by Panasonic. Tried to turn it off to see what difference it might make but no luck. Has anyone found out more about this.

That's interesting thanks for the heads up - I will see how it performs as I get used to the car, but so far very impressed especially with the heating system which comes on much quicker than my 19 reg. Certainly don't mess about with the controls as before very much set and forget.
