The oem mic is powered, you will have to figure out the resistance of the mic to find a suitable replacement

robotic voice sound more like a bluetooth issue, you could try tuning it in the secondary hidden menu

Some versions of the hardware have a Cd player but not it in the yaris, so it gives a Deck - err!(2)
