Auris Excel 2018 - Audio unit problems

Can anyone help?
Been delighted with my Auris Excel (2018) until audio started acting weird.
Without touching the unit, the CD ejects itself when the radio is playing!
In addition, sometimes I cannot turn the audio unit off when drive, or switch between radio and cd or any other option.
The car is still under extended warranty.
Any advice appreciated.

Contact dealership to test it. Take video when it happened in case dealership cannot replicate it

Have you checked the terms and conditions of the extended warranty that the audio unit is covered?

@Garry Streeter I have a 2016 Auris Excel Hybrid. What version of in car entertainment system does yours have? Mine has the Toyota Touch 2 with Go. I had to reset mine when I first bought the car to fix a bluetooth connectivity problem.
