Facia Adaptor For Headunit

when you fit the 'Type A' headunit thing and the rav4 facia plate

how does the headunit mount back in?? do you bolt it in as you do when fitting it in the cash tray or do you need the safety cage thing again??

i ask cos ive lost the cage! and ive ordered the bits from Mr T and Halfooon for the conversion!

are you talking about the autoleads adapter, after you have snapped off the extra plastic part you just screw every thing in together, you dont use the cage

the autoleads kit needs certain tabs cutting off to fit different cars all intructions are included.

the cage is no longer needed as the autoleads kit has all the mounting brackets holes etc etc.

rob it comes with instructions, just rip off the bit that isnt relevent otherwise you will snap off part that you need
