2ZR FAE oil filter conversion

I was wondering, if it is possible to buy a bracket (oem 15609-0T060)  from Europe? It's the bracket you can put an ordinary spin-on oil filter. Toyota has started to use those again 2018 (I think) in valvematic engines.

Of course it can be bought from Mr. T, but the price would be "astronomical".

I tried searching a bit myself, but all I found were priced in dollars...

Can you get this and use it on the diesel engines 1adftv engine

15609-0T060 is only suitable for 1zr and 2zr engines. I don´t know if there are any kits for  1ad ftv engine.

I watched this video and have watch others from his channel. The advice is sound. I wouldn't modify or change from the plastic housing style fitted to my Valvematic. The only thing I had to do is getting the oil filter tool, and that was cheap. 
Also if the engine does suffer damage, it will cost, unless the car is sold to an suspecting person!
