Parasitic battery drainage or just lack of use? Aygo 2010

It’s a fairly simple 5 minute job. I had the wiring diagram too. Just trace the wires back visually along the loom. The piggybacked plugs are obviously the same to plug back in to the radio.

Hi @pjackson, or anyone else that knows please... I managed to get the radio off but struggled to see which wires would be the ones to pull out for the bluetooth. Can anyone advise please?

I'm guessing that the grey plug that my husband is holding is the speaker, and the brown one above it is the power to the radio. Is it the yellow one I should take out? Or something in the foam wrap or further back? Thanks again!

Sorry to revive this old thread, but did you ever manage to find out if it was the Bluetooth-kit that was causing the issue?
I seem to be having the exact same problem with my Aygo (2010) and the exact same Bluetooth-kit.

It always stays on even when everything else is powered off.

Hi @Wesz, sorry to hear you’re having the same trouble. It was indeed the issue and seems to be fixed now. I asked a local garage to physically disconnect it and they did identify a fault somewhere behind the radio wiring  Fingers crossed I haven’t had the same Battery issues since then.

Best of luck!
