Rear number plate lamp replace

Hello, 

I have a 2009 Auris SR180 and I need to replace the rear number plate bulb.

Can anyone recommend the bulb required and a YouTube video on the install process please?

There are a few YouTube videos. The Auris is similar to other Toyota models, as there is an access cover on the inside of the tailgate. The bulb is a wedge 501 W5W.
