My pan roof was removed by a main dealer to replace some rubbers that were split at one end.

Question .. should it be flush at the top of the windscreen to the black glass piece of trim before the opening roof sections? Mine protrudes, more so in the middle than the ends. Sorry, difficult to explain or photograph. The wind noise seems louder to me than it did before, probably due to the trim sticking out and interfering with the air flow. Haven't been able to find another Corolla with a pan roof to compare mine with.

I believe should be flush or with minimal difference with the rest of the roof. Here a video.

Very likely they didn’t put it correctly. If there are any wind noises then it might be water leaks later too. Best to push them to do the work again.
Good luck

Thanks, it was actually done before Christmas, been out in all weathers and so far no leaks. Will get it booked in, just wanted to be sure it was wrong.
