Condensation in 2017 RAV 4 20 D tail lights

The white spots appeared only recently after my rear door was replaced at an authorized Toyota service center. The car was in their open parking lot over the snowy and rainy weekend. Since the vehicle is no longer under warranty, replacement for a new one is out of the question. They think that the problem was there before, but that maybe I didn't notice. Of course, I would notice something like that right away, but I can't claim that it's the service's fault. Has anyone had/have the same problem?
Has anyone been able to remove these stains? I tried a hair dryer but it doesn't work.
