egr valve and inlet manifold clean

hi all have a 2007 hiace 2.5d4d and it is a desperate need of having the egr valve and inlet manifold cleanedits done 167k but seems to be struggling i have searched high and low to find a step by step guide on how to remove the egr valve and inlet manifold i ve bout autofix manual wate of time even bought download data files waste of time im looking for a step by step guide as the job look like a complete nitemare due to lack of space there are a lot of service info out there but not anything specfic to this a lot of the videos are in asia country speaking in there own language and dif hiaces where access is in the cab if any body can help with a guide or link to a site i would be really greatful the prob is space my 202 has a lot more space this new 2007  model seems almost imposseven removing the intercooler seems near imposs to access the rear bolts so any help info link advise would be so so so appreciated
