Hi Gary, 

if you are going to use original Toyota filter the torque settings will be printed on the box. I am not 100% sure about  your model but usually on many other Toyota models settings are 35Nm for the plug with new aluminium washer and 25Nm for the filter, which is as soon as its stop turning with the tool. 
If you use these exact settings or close by you can’t go wrong. 👍
