can anyone help! Driving my 2014 Toyota Argo and the engine light, tyre pressure, slip indicator all came on and have stayed on am terrified incase it’s something serious  because it’s still on finance till 2026 only had in fully serviced & MOT in December 2022

Could well be an O2 sensor - see:

Or.... check your Battery / alternator if it is producing enough current at all times.

 

Many lights on the dash is often a thing like that.

Check for voltage drop across Battery ie pole & its clamp or corosion remove and clean inside.

Dont forget the other end of the wire.
