Average Trip MPG (and the other settings)

I can't determine this from the manual, I'm probably missing it but if anyone could help it would be appreciated.

How do I determine the other data around the mpg setting i've chosen? 

For example I've selected trip average say. How do I locate things like distance traveled, journey time, average speed etc.

Also, just out of interest, which setting do you like to have displayed?

I prefer running average since Service. Gives my a target to move up. Or in winter not drop. 

Currently sitting at 60.2 and starting to nudge 60.3 over 4,500 miles and 5 months

Is this a ‘new’ setting for the Cross ?
I thought choices were “Start”, “Reset” or “Fill Up”….

Roy, how do you get to the other data, the mileage and the duration?

I would need to look.  Regarding the settings, don't reset and you retain all trip data.

It is in the MyT app in the hybrid coaching section.

It is in the infotainment system, menu->info->trip information
