How do you get to the fuse box under the glove box.

Help. I'm looking for the interior lights fuse which I am told by a very helpful garage NOT lives there. 2022 Design.

The cabin fuse box is up behind the glove box.

Get a torch & stick your head in the passenger footwell, look up at the front edge of the black plastic kick trim under the glove box, there are 3 spring clips, gently press these in & the panel will hinge down then you can remove it as its hinged at the back.

Thanks.

If they gave a list of the fuse name abbreviations might help. Would that be labeled as DOME

Cant see anything with that on it. Names or abbreviations are on the outside of the one I found.

ECU 1 no1, AM2, Stop, D/L, Blank, Blank, ECU-B no2, Haz, Meter, ECU no3, A/bag, Radio, ECU -DCC no1,  ECU-DCC no2, ECU- Acc, SFT Lock, P/outlet no1

Dome, Door Back,Fog RR, OBD, AM1, Door, Door R/R, Door R/L, BKup LP, ECU 1g1 no1, ECU 1g1 no3, ECU1G1 no4, washer, wiper RR, ECU 1G1 no2, EPS 1G1, panel, tail,

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly. Not the label you need to look for, just Lee telling you that he seems to remember there is a list printed, DOME sounds like the right one.

Oh head in a footwell syndrome.

Think American English, Interior light/Personal becomes Dome. Think Cross Word when reading the handbook or trying to understand these other fuse  abbreviations.

I'll give it a go. 10A on that one. Six lights at 5W = 30W seems a bit ott for 2.5 amps unless it's powering other things.

I'll have a poke about in the morning, with the meter after my yoga workout !

Thanks for the assistance, you came to the rescue where dealer was useless.

More Yoga in the cold footwell this morning. Yes Dome light fuse had gone. All working now. I took the chance to replace some internal bulbs for LED. Noticed a lot of penny pinching compared to my old prius. Pressed tin bulb holders, that almost come apart as you take the bulb out. The rear roof light has a couple of clips holding it onto the liner. The vanity lights held back with elastic! No switch on the boot light. Not much to brag about these days.

Looking at more suitable bulbs now, after melting the rear plastic diffuser. Two cob lights I had. Brilliant light until I started fitting the dash cam with the doors open for hours. Cob lights needed good air circulation or big heatsink, Chinese junk. Looking for a cheap lens cover too 🤬
