Help with Dashboard display Yaris Cross Excel

Hi,

i have been delivered of my new Yaris excel city pack (3 month delay!)

I am trying to see where I can have my consumption display for a fuel tank trip

I mean I can see the instant mpg display and also the mpg for the current trip but I want to see, if possible, the consumption for a all fuel tank (I like my stat)

I had only the car since 3 days so it might be somewhere!

it is the first time I have a Toyota (had to read the booklet to find the fuel trap)

Alex, you reset your total consumption each time you fill. 

You will get a more accurate figure, they say, by noting the fuel used fill 2 fill and the distance travelled. 

When filling stop at the first click.

Yes got it for the reset for the consumption

So I have to manually write down the mileage to know the distance for1 fuel tank?

No. The reset will give you either trip consumption or consumption since reset.  Reset after fuelling.  The main display then gives you the running average consumption since reset if selected.

Does the cross automatically reset the trip every time you fill up?, I had a mk2 Yaris that did this..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it can EITHER show tank average, OR trip average, but not both, and changing the display resets it. I didn't dig into the center display to see if it logs things. I'm now curious...brb!

Yes, it’s one of the options.

Yes the trip mileage reset each time you drive not when you reset

I also have mytoyoya app where O have all the same information 

But I still don't have the option to know how many miles I can do with a tank

Can do and Done are two different things.

The display will give you an estimate of the miles you can do after a refill.

Consumption done is displayed since the last reset.  My reset was when I got the car.  Consumption is shown as 60.2mpg.  If I reset it now it will display the consumption until the next time I reset it.  That could be after the next 5,000 miles or after my next refill.

Driving display: shows only 1 value at a time, but does NOT reset when switched.

Center display: shows bar graph for current journey, and past trips. New trip created every time car is power cycled. "Update" clears the log and stores best MPG figure (currently 67 MPG for us).
