Tyre pressure sensors on T27 Avensis?

Hello,

 

I'm considering rotating the tyres on my Avensis to get more even tyre wear then I can replace all 4 together next time.

 

I was just wondering if a 2009 T27 T4 model Toyota Avensis has factory-fitted tyre sensors or anything else that I need to be aware of when rotating tyres?

 

I've never seen a tyre pressure warning on the car's computer but I do keep an eye on my tyre pressures to stop them getting low.

 

I will be rotating front to rear and not diagonally.

Hi,

Its unlikely to have tyre pressure sensors I think, our 2012 T4 doesn't have them. The only thing to be aware of as with any car is if you have directional tyres, but as you are swapping front to rear that won't be an issue.
