Cannot hear caller over phone.

My wife has a Toyota Aygo 1.0 VVT-i from 2018.
When connected via USB to Android Auto, she cannot hear the callers.
We tested 3 different Android mobile phones.

Any ideas?

If those phones work fine in another car via bluetooth and through the car Speakers, then it must either be a setting on the headunit or it's developed a fault, but I doubt it will be a fault, if everything else is working on the head unit !

I don't know much about this headunit to offer troubleshooting, as its in my daughters car and not mine and the only time I drive it, is to magically fill it with petrol !!
