delete EGR

Hello
After my Auris diesel 2012 1364cc (213,000 km) misfiring symptoms (doesn't rev up) I decided to delete from the brain and then tap (bypass) the EGR valve. CODE: 25800 33010, the metal cap was placed on top of the EGR valve.
The erasure work was done by a brain programmer, while the taping - simple work - was done in the car workshop.
This move was suggested to me by several technicians (even snipers) in the past and so I have now completed it.
On the dashboard of the car there is no indication, no code that gave me the signs I described or anything else.
I have driven about 130 kms testing, and the problem remains, the car has no power, will not rev above 2000/2300 rpm in fourth and fifth, even after this work.
I think the car is not letting it go, but what else could it be? As the same symptoms remain
Any opinion would be appreciated
Thanks

when was the fuel filter last changed ?? Check all the turbo intake and pipework to the intercooler

As it's a VNT turbo, the vanes can sometimes get stuck, i would scan it for codes again

a blocked cat and/or dpf can cause it not to rev
