MY23 owner - Smart Services not working

I picked up my 23 Corolla TS yesterday.  So far, everything is going well.

Except ... I can't seem to get the smart services running on MyT.  I was looking forward to the remote control - especially with some cold mornings coming up.  I've tried de-activating it and reactivating.

Connected Services seems to work - so I can see the doors are locked, see trips, fuel level.

Is this just par for the course, or is there something I should be doing?

Have you tried contacting Toyota customer services, connected services team?

It's finally working!

I de-activated and re-activated whilst sitting in the car with the engine running.  Don't know if it's that, or the mail I sent to toyota CS.  Or just that the services take a few days to come live?

You are probably the first here with delivery of Corolla 23 model, glad you have it working. What do you think about the car, what are your first impressions? Can you compare it to previous MY or any other Toyota hybrids?

Very nice car.  Fit and finish is good.  Love the entertainment system.

Only done 60 miles, but content so far.
