When I fade the sound to front the Speakers on the dash give out sound and no others, when i then fade to rear the parcel shelf Speakers i had fitted give out sound as well as the front door Speakers. Is it possible to wire the dash and door speakers to front and then parcel shelf speakers to rear?

Not on my TS - using the audioleads ISO connector rigs the door Speakers to the rear channel on the head unit. You would need to split the front signal from the head unit to both sets of fronts which would reduce the power and most likely the sound quality - it would be best just to amp the rears using an rear line output from the head unit (assuming you're not using the standard toyota kit)

hmm im wondering now, should i get an amp or a head unit, using the standard head unit atm with a sony 6 cd changer. If i was to get an amp what specs would i need (6x9s are 500W peak, 4 ohm (megavox GX-940))

chances are once i got one ill get the other.
