Lack of Power

I have toyota auris 3 door 2009 pertrol 1.6 - ZRE 151, 124 HP/91 Kw

Sometimes while driving i feel the lack of power, like the car is not responding according to the force of push i m giving on the esclator padal.

Also, my car stuggles to go above 90 MPH, milage is 125K

Do i need to specifically clean ERG valve or circuit, i have bought this car when it was driven 118K already so i dont know if any maintainence about cleaning the valves like EGR was done or not. My car is doing 31 Mpg at the moment, and 35-36 Mpg on motorways long drive.

Secondly, how i can find the exact part number of Door Check Strap? i m really strugling to find the check strap on eBay and scrap yards as well.

Is the engine warning light on at all, has it been scanned for codes? Do you know when the car was last serviced or looked at simple things like the condition of the air filter?
