Could anyone please help me?

I have a estima 2013 japanese only head unit with dvd player that connects to the rear monitor.

Is it possible to change the head unit and keep the rear monitor working. I have tried connecting another android double din with audio out but the rear monitor doesn't have power. Thank you

Yes you can these Chinese units need extra wiring soldered in, the camera is 6v so you need a voltage regulator if you don't have one
