Ok Tony, I went on a long quite road today and let go of steering, the car was slowly going to the left.

Not driving the car at 60mph plus so can't say what would happen

Ok, then all seems ok to me. And if the steering is centred slight pull to the left perhaps of a road camber. 👍

Bruce, that is not a high kerb hence difficult to see.  It is clear that it was damaged previously.

Let us know what FIXMYSTREET has for that damage

The kerb on the island is high as pavement if you look carefully, its at least the same height as a pavement

Yes Tony, centred the steering then let go and it slowly starts drifting to the left, but main dealer said alignment is ok even though I said car pulls to left

As others have said this isn't a warranty issue, if there is a problem it is damage caused by you hitting that unmarked island - The people to go after would be the local council.

if you don't let go of the steering wheel is the car driving straight?

I rarely / never drive my car without holding the steering wheel - but from memory if you let go of the steering wheel the car will pull to the left because of the camber of the road

And as Tony said, a slight pull to the left could be due to road camber that you can’t do much about.

It drives straight maybe a bit of a pull to left but nothing strong

Did you buy a certified used car? It should cover everything in the first year.  Suspension parts except struts are not wear and tear parts. Even Relax warranty cover spring and subframes except for rubber parts and shocks/struts.

The OP has stated he struck a traffic island this is not a manufacturing defect and therefore not a warrantable issue.
