Had a tow bar fitted to my 2020 reg Touring Sport in January, but the wiring Toyota sent to the dealer was too short. Might be for the new model. 

Still no date for completing the job. Has anyone else had this issue?  Solutions?.

Wasn't the problem that the towbar kits were made in Ukraine and for some reason the war was slowing production.

That's interesting. I ordered a Corolla Sports and the day before delivery (September 2023) was told my ordered towbar was not fitted. Dealer says that due to Ukraine there's a supply problem and they can't even order a new towbar with Toyota. Toyota have reduced my leasing payments by £7 a month. Doesn't help when needing to use our camping trailer soon!
