RAV4 T180 4x4 Blue Smoke

Greetings everyone. I recently purchased my 06 RAV4 T180 with 118,000 miles. Immediately I began having issues with power drops during acceleration and light smoking. There are no codes or faults showing. The smoke would present whilst taking a hard left turn or driving under 3,000 rpm. So far I have taken it to two mechanics who both say it is not the turbo but the injectors. I have since instituted a fuel/injector cleaning regiment. However, the smoking issue has only gotten worse and is now present intermittently during speeds under 30 mph and consistent during highway speeds under 60 mph...(think coal freight train). Something tells me that the issue may be vacuum related as the only change in the vehicle is the amount of fuel consumed. Fine while driving normal, worse when smoking. My next steps are to change the oil and engine mounted fuel filter. Additionally, I plan to swap out the fuel pressure regulator, remove the injectors for inspection and cleaning, and ...I am unsure what to do after that. I may need to pull the fuel pump. Regarding the injectors and all other components, does anyone know the torque values for the tips and body, screws, ect? I have been looking for an old school shop manual and keep finding bad links. Do you all know if there is another fuel filter between the engine and the tank or is it in the tank? On a side issue, as of last weekend the transmission has decided to drop 6th gear, 5th seems to be sheared... Grinding and kicking out, which leaves me with only 1-4 and reverse. Would this be a clutch issue also or purely a transmission issue?

Cheers.

Put a clamp on the fuel line to the fifth injector. Drive for a week or two. See if that helps.

Blue smoke is oil burning not overfuelling which is black. Check the compression readings first, absolute of course but more revealing comparative readings between cylinders.

5th injector has a habit of not burning fuel intended for it, which comes out as white smoke with a blue tint. Mine did, as did others. I’m trying to ascertain if it’s that or not.
