2005 Yaris 1.3 VVT-i (XP10) Information Please

Sorry in advance, this may be a long post!

Hi, this is a bit of a weird post relating to the Yaris but also a computer game. My friend owns a 2005 Yaris 1.3 T3 VVT-i  which I am the passenger in quite often and I want to recreate it for use in a couple of PC games. I want to make the car in a game called Automation and then you can export that car to drive around in a game called Beam.NG Drive. I am hoping someone here would be able to give me some information about some of the components in the car and details about them so I can try to get as close of a simulated model as I can within the game's confines. I have been able to find a lot of information through Toyota's own website and this one: https://www.car.info/en-se/toyota/yaris/p1-facelift-13-vvt-i-m5-6669014/specs but there are a lot of details missing regarding what some parts are made of and particularly the exhaust and carburetor system which Automation requires to some extent when building the car/engine. Also, I know nothing about cars and I'm also a beginner to the Automation game so that doesn't help, sorry.

In the game Automation it has some options to choose from for various parts but I am not sure what to choose so if I list here the sections that I am missing and the options available in the game, could someone point me in the right direction please?

I have attached some screenshots of the game showing the options available, I have already filled some in from the available specs I found online but I am struggling with which materials to select for the crank, conrods and pistons and whether they have a balancing mass or counterweight. I assume the cam profile and springs and lifters should be left their default values of normal and medium for this type of car. I selected VVT - Intake but I wasn't sure and I don't know what VVL is or if it has it. I know the Yaris is fuel injected but I am not sure what type; mechanical, single point, multi point or direct injection and if that's single or per cylinder. I don't know what intake manifold type to select so just assumed it would be standard mid and I didn't know what size so left it at 50. I don't know whether it needs an ignition timing map and if it is toward advanced or retarded, again I am also not sure of the fuel map between rich and lean.

Then the section that has caused me most problems, the headers, mufflers and exhaust. I don't know what the header is made from but from photos it looked like cast iron to me so I chose cast mid. I don't know the size of the header so left it at 50. I don't know if there are exhaust bypass valves so left it at none. I am not sure of the exhaust size but read somewhere it's 1.25 inches so I converted that to mm and got 31.8 but that's probably wrong. I think it has a catalytic converter but I don't know which kind (two-way, three-way?) and how many mufflers and what type they are; baffled, reverse flow?  This is the last section as after this it's basically testing the engine, finalising it and then onto the bodywork design and paint.

Sorry again for this somewhat strange post but it would be great if anyone could help fill in the blanks for me or point me to where I might find some of this information. Perhaps some of these are just quirks in the game and not really applicable for the real life car so I will just have to circumvent these.

Thanks for taking the time to read this nonsense.

Wow, thank you very much Flash, I had no idea this kind of information was available online. This has certainly helped fill in some of the questions I had.
