RAV4 2019 DAB radio no signal issues

My 2019 RAV4 radio has stopped working. I get a no signal message on DAB. Also the FM radio is transmitting just white noise. Could this be a cable/aerial issue? I have no dash cam fitted.

Sorry to sound like a dumb woman. Haha, but where is the aerial on a 2019 RAV4 and could there be a cable/lead that may have come loose? Thanks.

Is this a late 2019 registered 4.4 or an early 4.5? And if a 4.4, hybrid, petrol or diesel?

I believe that either way it is a 'sharks fin' type aerial - centre rear on the roof ...
