2011 Rav 4 2.2 D4D gearbox leak

Hi all, recently bought a 2011 Rav 4 2.2 D4D, manual transmission. all okay no issues.

 

Over the last week or so it seems to have developed a gearbox leak, had a look under couldn't tell where it was coming from so went from the top.

 

Took all the Battery and tray out to find it seemed to be coming from the top of the gearbox near where the selectors were. There's a small black valve that could be pushed up and down on it and the oil was puddled up there.

 

Somebody did mention "These develop transmission input shaft issues and can start puking gearbox oil out of the vent port on the transmission in some cases."

 

If this is the problem where do I go from here, what parts do I need to order, can't find a lot about it online.
