Hello can anyone recommend the correct type lubricant for the moonroof rails. Thank you

Silicone grease. This would do it, and you can also use for your brakes slider pins when brake service is needed if you about diy. Battery terminals too. 👍

Thank you Tony . I presume it's  applied very sparingly ?? At 75yrs old I don't do car DIY now. Back in the day I did cylinder heads off for the De-coke younger members de-coke has nothing to do with drugs 😂
