Crikey.  I suspect as Tony says, they are rationalising parts.

Because these days everything is on the short supply, whoever is in charge in the factory definitely has decided a cover up the manual windows handle hole and keep production going. Otherwise another few months waiting time.  That’s my theory only, but make sense to me. I know about Tesla model 3 been shipped without usb c port, just an empty holes and been promised dealer fit at later date, 🫢👌

For info, there's no blanked off hole in our 23 plate Yaris Design.

New door cards been produced and supplied. 👍 it seems only few batches from 2022 will have these covers.
