Check Parking Break System

Hi to all you Toyota folks out there, just wondering could anybody help me with my car issue. I'm driving a 2015 1.6 diesel Avensis some weeks ago the engine light came on along with ABC yellow light then a message appeared on dashboard saying Check parking break system. I took it to a Mechanic and he said he thinks it is a sensor issue but he can't tell which one it is.  Please help, thanks.

I had this - and it was the DPF filter.

Than's do you think if I regenerate the filter myself will it clear it up.

You need to read the fault code/s. It could be the DPF, but could alternatively be literally any one of hundreds of other faults. No point guessing when fault code readers are so cheap to buy nowadays.
