CT55-TY01

same as the aygo iirc

speaker adapters

TBC

Yep. ill be doing those before the headunit....plug and play?

Not sure on the speaker adapter rings, possibly CT25TY18 the same as the Mk2 Aygo and Mk3 Yaris

edit. Just cross-referenced the adapters and fitment CT25TY18 is correct

yes, it is fairly straight forward, i would also add some sound deadening to the doors, Focal do a direct fit speaker upgrade - IS TOY 165, that is plug and play but isn't cheap

Yes they are the ones, plug and play - the hardest part is drilling out the rivets and putting the new ones in

I swapped mine for rivnuts and stainless bolts

btw, you can shorten eBay links just cut and paste before the question mark

eg.

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a double din replacement for a toyota IQ that we have, I need the fascia plate and the headunit. I am finding it very difficult to find a website that sells the fascia. I have a 2011 IQ, which is a single din head unit.

Can anyone please advise me on where to start? I thought about trying to find IQ car breakers, but they don't seem to exist, because the IQ's are invisible....LOL

Image on the left is the fascia I have, the image on the right is what I would like to have

As I mentioned in an other thread, this (above) is what I bought.

Thank you for the guide.

They sound really good and fitted quite easily.

Much more solid and better sounding than the ones they replaced.

Listening today through the 'Focals'...

The subtle sounds like a piano or violin sound far, far more real.

Very pleased with them.

Yeah sure....i found them on eBay...they were pretty good...i messaged them and we did every thing outside of eBay.... this is them...

https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/automotomarinestore

But i would say....try the local toyota garage near you first....the tell tale light they didnt have...i went to the local toyota garage and he said "its not a uk part but i can t get it" so i would give them the full parts list and see if they can get them first...

Thanks I appreciate your advice and posting that link
