Gaps in windscreen trim

Hi guys,

My car was in for a repair so was checking it, noticed this gap (one on each side) and can't remember if it is supposed to be like this. Anyone with a 15 plate have the same?

Doesn't look right, I will need to take it back to the bodywork shop

Yes, it is. Looks like your bonnet sits too low down, or rather, too far forward.

Can you see that slim gap if angle your head the same as the angle as the windscreen? I'm thinking the garage may put the wrong layer on top of another
