NO not correct E-fuel will be allowed its normal fuel but manufactured with carbon capture technology applied to fuel giving it a "0" rating because carbon has already bean captured to offset what it produces.

I'm just worried for when our robot overlords decide only zero-emission humans can be made too... :fear:

I'm going to guess here that the date will be pushed back, a group of all those countries will usually compromise closer to the original date.

Either that, or we'll all get a government subsidy for bicycles. Bicycles sold with raincoats will be subject to additional luxury tax, as will bicycles with baskets on the front.

And, of course, this only applies to new cars sold. It does not mean you cannot drive existing ICE powered cars.
