Change Battery - Any Radio Code / Serials?

Hi,

UK Rav 4 65/2015 Diesel

Is changing a Battery something you can do yourself? 

I am concerned that there is a radio code that I do not know and I will have to register the Battery serial number?

Never had a new Battery (so 7/8 years old) but I have had to charge it several times in recent months as it wouldn't start. 
When starting engine the battery drops to 9V. 
Seems to get >14V when engine running so I do not think it is the alternator. 
Just checked turned off voltage and it is currently 12.1V.  When I checked a few days ago it was 12.3V and it was 12.6V when charged.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Has anyone changed their Battery in a Rav 4?  Did it need a radio code?  Thanks

I'm not sure if a code is needed Ian, but I'm sure someone who does will post shortly 👍

Is it not integrated? AFAIK it won't require anything.
