I used to have a view of the parking lines in the front of my car but somehow I’ve cancelled the process and I don’t know how to reinstate it.

Put the vehicle into DRIVE, hold your foot FIRMLY on the brake pedal, then push the camera button under the dash. Once you see the forward view, go to settings on that screen, and enable it to auto-popup.
