Hi all on the 2010 rav4 2.2 d4d 150hp is the auxillary belt tensioner pulley the top one,which is directly under the header tank? The one ive pictured?

That looks like an idler only

Yes it is, the tensioner is marked TE

Thanks so much for that. Does anyone know if the tensioner is released by turning clockwise or anti clockwise. So many conflicting  videos and non for d4d.

As I recall, it's spring loaded so, you just have to lever it away from the belt.
